Hi! My name is Rocío Guerrero and I'm a graphic designer and illustrator born in Mexico City with a BA in Design & Business in Universidad San Sebastián in Santiago de Chile.

I have spent most of my life traveling and I've lived in 8 different countries such as Mexico, Spain, Chile, Australia, Vietnam, and Cambodia, while currently being based in the United States.

Thanks to all of my travels, I have developed two main skills that I like to call my main tools in the design process:

1. Observe and listen to each client and user's story to understand their real needs. Usually, the essential information won't come from their words, but from everything else that conforms them as an individual including the environment they're immersed in.

2. Don't take anything for granted or understand anything as obvious. Whatever might be obvious and be "the way things are done" in one part of the world might be completely mind-blowing somewhere else.  

With these two things in mind, I have found in design and illustration a language that I have used to grow in diverse areas. I have designed, owned, and operated an art cafe in Hanoi. I have also created brands for various clients ranging from alternative music bands to mining engineering companies, as well as spending some time painting murals and making jewelry.
