As Marketing Director for The Okay, Cool Group it was my responsibility to design all the marketing material for each of the eight restaurants in the company.

Tips Up is a bar located in the heart of Big Ski ski resort. As a skiers' bar, this place hosts numerous parties and music nights throughout the winter season. It also receives plenty of tourists looking to take an original souvenir back home.

For this marketing campaign, we worked with the concepts #70'sfluor #oldschoolski #neoncolors #partyallday, and #shred.

ACHIEVEMENTS at The Okay, Cool Group:

- Creating marketing campaigns for eight restaurants with varied target audiences.

- Designing all graphic materials like email campaigns, advertising, online content, and merchandising; accomplishing brand alignment across all platforms.

- Managing the marketing and design budget for each of the eight restaurants.

- Increased social media following by at least 30% for each restaurant and generated 50-cent cost-per-conversion rates for online advertising.
