As Marketing Director for The Okay, Cool Group it was my responsibility to design all the marketing material for each of the eight restaurants in the company. El Camino Bar was one of the most youthful concepts in the company.
Appealing to GenZ customers ages 21-30, El Camino bar had different music events and drink specials every weekend. This made for very lively social media content.
Lots of creativity is needed when designing appealing graphics for a target customer who lives in a constant state of digital stimulation.
ACHIEVEMENTS at The Okay, Cool Group:
- Creating marketing campaigns for eight restaurants with varied target audiences.
- Designing all graphic materials like email campaigns, advertising, online content, and merchandising; accomplishing brand alignment across all platforms.
- Managing the marketing and design budget for each of the eight restaurants.
- Increased social media following by at least 30% for each restaurant and generated 50-cent cost-per-conversion rates for online advertising.
